Room rates include wifi internet and coffee/tea/water in the common kitchen. Posted rates do not include applicable taxes (GST/PST). Please note there is no cellular phone service in our community and we currently have a no pet policy.

Room Amenities.

In all rooms, you will find soap, shampoo, towels, and a TV. Wifi is available in the Guest House for guest use. A common-area landline phone is complimentary guest use as there is no cell service in the area.

Guest Facilities.

Our lovely common living area features a large dining table, sofas, and a fireplace for the enjoyment of all guests.

Enjoy access to our self-catering common-use kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, and microwave. Pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery are also provided.

Self-Catering.

Guests are responsible for their own meals during their stay, so please plan accordingly. Complimentary tea and coffee is available on site, but don’t forget to bring your own fixings, ie. sugar, milk/cream etc.

Cancellation Policy.

Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. If you are experiencing medical symptoms and cannot travel due to sickness or if your travel requirements have changed we will be happy to move your deposit to alternative dates or apply a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
